This mission starts in East Providencia, near a large farm.
East Providencia Map: All Discoveries & Activities
| Objectives: | |

| 1 |  Pick Up the Burner Phone The burner phone can be found on the dashboard of an abandoned car. |
| 2 |  Go to the Panteros Hangout Head to the Panteros hangout in Smelterville East. |
| 3 |  Steal the Truck Head to the back of the hangout and steal the truck parked there. You'll need to kill a few Panteros to escape. |
| 4 |  Drive to the Warehouse Follow the waypoint to the warehouse where the target's hiding. You'll be able to enter through the front door. |
| 5 |  Kill the Target Kill the target to complete this mission. There will be several other Panteros there that you'll also need to clear out. |

Grab an enemy, drop a grenade down their pants, and throw them. |

 Proximity Mine
|
Place a sticky mine that explodes when enemies are near. Damage increases shortly after placement. |

|
Throw an explosive anti-personnel device. |
Explosive skills will be extremely helpful in this mission since most of the combat will be close quarters. You can throw just one grenade and you'll be able to clear several enemies immediately.
