The Boss is Saints Row's personalizable player character. They might be impulsive and murder-happy, but they are loyal and willing to do anything for their friends. The Boss forms the Saints with their friends after being fired by Marshall Defense Industries, and they aim to rise to the top and become the largest criminal enterprise in Santo Ileso.

Kevin

Kevin is a free-spirited party-loving DJ who acts as the Saints' fixer. Formerly from the Idols, he decided to stay with the Saints after realizing they were the family he never had. With Kevin's connections running deep through Santo Ileso, he'll always have intel and opportunities to make plenty of cash lined up for the Saints.

Eli is the Saints' strategist and long-term planner. He came to Santo Ileso wanting to become a successful entrepreneur and joined up with the Boss and the Saints to build up their criminal business with them. While he didn't expect to work in the crime world, Eli still puts all of his business, management, and tactical skills into making the Saints as big as possible.

Neenah

	Name: Neenah Role: The Driver Goal: To earn the money and respect she needs to live her dreams Faction: The Saints EN Voice Actor: Jeannie Tirado
Neenah is the Saints' mechanic and getaway driver. She was a long-time Los Panteros member, joining the Saints after getting fed up with the controlling behavior of their leader, Sergio Velez. Having plenty of expertise in fixing engines and driving contraband through the city, Neenah always has the Saints' backs when it comes to vehicles and getting out of sticky situations.

Snickerdoodle

Snickerdoodle is a cat and acts as the beloved pet and unofficial mascot of the Saints. Formerly a stray cat, she was eventually adopted by the Saints after hovering near their apartment for a while. Her name comes from the snickerdoodle cookies which Kevin baked during her first overnight stay with the Saints.

Atticus Marshall is the CEO of Marshall Defense Industries. Although he presents himself as a kind, respectable gentleman in their advertisements, he's the complete opposite. Atticus only cares about the success and reputation of his company and is willing to ruthlessly expend people's lives and livelihood for his own goals.

The Collective

The Collective are the six enigmatic leaders of the anarchic Idols cult. They cover up their true identities with their signature helmets, each of them having unique digital faceplates to distinguish them from one another. With an absolute grip over their devoted followers, the Collective aim to wreak havoc across Santo Ileso and take down "the system."

Sergio Velez

Sergio Velez is the head of Los Panteros, Santo Ileso's original criminal gang. He takes heavy-handed control over his gang, taking massive cuts from their criminal activities and intimidating anybody who dares to disobey or disrespect him. With his leadership turning Los Panteros into the criminal syndicate it is now, you can be sure that Sergio will not let anybody get in his or his gang's way.

The Nahualli

The Nahualli is a mysterious man leading an equally mysterious, nameless criminal organization. He is known to be cunning, ruthless, and efficient at killing people and committing crimes. The Nahualli and his men hide out in Silver Gulch, an abandoned Old West town hidden in the deserts of Santo Ileso, patiently plotting their next criminal venture.

Myra Starr is the Chair of the Board in Marshall Defense Industries' Board of Directors. She holds a lot of power in the company, but has always found Atticus Marshall to be quite the thorn in her side.

Gwen is a Commanding Officer in Marshall Defense Industries, and was the Boss's superior during their short time in the company. She has a stern and strict attitude on the field, making sure plans go right and that insubordinate behavior gets punished. She also takes part in Santo Ileso's citywide LARP as Gwendolyn Firebird, the head of House Phoenix.

Amanda Rollins is in charge of the Wuzyerz Repo Venture operation in Santa Ileso for The Saints. With her fleet of tow trucks, she can get any vehicle or cargo she needs – with a trail of dead, that is.

JR, or Jim Rob, is the owner of JimRob's Garage. He was a former rank and file soldier for Marshall Defense Industries, retiring early after experiencing a particularly out-of-control operation with the Boss. JR built up JimRob's Garage after retirement and joined the Saints shortly afterward as part of their Criminal Ventures.
