This is a list of Signature Abilities that can be obtained in the 2022 reboot of Saints Row (Saints Row 5). Learn how to unlock each Signature Ability and know more about their effects and what weapon or vehicle is needed to unlock them.

| Aim High | A headshot made with one of the last few rounds in the magazine fully reloads the weapon. Kill 20 enemies while riding on a vehicle roof. (KA-Kobra Pistol) Get 20 Double Kills. (MDI-36 Tac Pistol) |
| Armor-Piercing Rounds | Armor-piercing rounds inflict more damage on Tough enemies. Destroy 20 hostile enemy vehicles. |
| Bashmaster | Staggers targets for a longer duration. Stagger 250 Idols. |
| Beowulf Receiver | Modified .50 receiver does more damage to vehicles and hits dynamic objects with a bigger punch. Kill 5 enemies with your last magazine. |
| Big Bang | Triples the RPG warhead load for bigger booms. Shoot down 5 aerial vehicles |
| Bleeding Edge | The weapon inflicts wicked cuts that cause triple bleeding damage over time. Kill 30 Panteros with regular attacks. |
| Bloodsucker | Gain a small amount of health every time you hit an enemy. Kill 5 Specialists with regular attacks. |
| Bonus Round | Headshots with this weapon do more damage and add ammo to your reserve. Kill 20 enemies who are driving vehicles. |
| Buffalo Shot | The weapon has a random chance of ragdolling and knocking the target backwards. Kill 5 Marshall Gunslingers. |
| Double Fist | Unleashes a shock wave when both fists punch at the same time. Cooldoown required. Punhc 500 enemies with Pugnus Sanctus Dei. |
| Dragonbreath Shells | Phosphorous-coated pellets have a chance to set targets on fire. Kill 30 Idols. |
| Electrotherapy | Heavy melee attacks with this weapon give you some health. Stun 30 Marshalls. |
| Flashgasm | Grenade explosions spawn three smaller fireworks that explode for festive mayhem. Kill 30 Idols. |
| Flechette Shells | Sharpened, barbed darts rip into the target and cause extra bleeding damage. Get 10 Double Kills. |
| Flow State | As you gain more Flow, shots do more damage. Headshot 20 enemies. |
| Full Battle Rattle | A few simple modifications turn this shotgun into a fully automatic weapon. Get 10 Triple Kills. |
| Guiding Eye | Control the flight of the projectile by aiming the reticle. Destroy 20 Marshall vehicles. |
| Improved Spray & Pray | The longer you fire the gun, the more accurate it becomes. Shoot 10000 bullets. |
| Johnny Fuse | As your killstreak with this weapon increases, the cooldown on your takedown decreases. Kill 10 enemies with your last magazine. |
| Magnum Rounds | Hits inflict some area-of-effect damage and push the target back. Shoot out 24 tires from hostile Panteros vehicles. |
| Major Impact | Hits unleash a shockwave that damages and disrupts nearby targets. Kill 5 Panteros Thumpers |
| Mass Transit | The Thrustbuster pulls along additional enemies for the ride of their life. Or death. Send enemies flying 6000 meters. |
| Power Vacuum | Charge draws in targets in the area just before exploding. It sucks then blows! Destroy 25 hostile vehicles. |
| Repulsor Beam | Pushes back enemies and vehicles with increased force. Kill 5 Marshall Specialists. |
| Rocket Rebound | Micro-missiles now bounce to nearby enemies after hitting their targets. Kill 30 Mashalls. |
| Shock & Ouch | The force from the muzzle blast staggers and damages nearby enemies. Kill 10 enemies from long range. |
| Shocker Rounds | Each reload cycles among three types of bullet effects: fire, electricity, and bleeding. Get 20 Marshall Double Kills. |
| Shocktacular | The zap stuns targets in a small radius when it connects. Tase 30 enemies. |
| Splattergun | Hits inflict minor splash damage around the point of impact. Get 20 Idol Double Kills. |
| Sssnakesss! | Exploding piñatas spawn snakes that attack nearby enemies. Get 20 Multi-Kills |
| Supercharger | The weapon has a random chance of electrifying and stunning the target. Kill 1 Gattling Gunner. |
| Swarm Tracers | The rifle has a random chance of firing a homing projectile for added damage and accuracy. Kill 5 Marshall Wranglers |
| Swing Away! | A lethal heavy attack sends the enemy flying into the air. Kill 25 Specialists with heavy attacks (Smelterville Slugger) Kill 30 Marshall with regular attacks (Bone Crusher) Kill 5 Specialists with heavy attacks (Sledgehammer) |
| Trigger Happy | The weapon becomes a full-auto machine pistol. And you thought it wasted bullets before! Get 20 headshot kills. |

| Air Boost | Now you're flying with nitrous! Perform 3 360 Spins. |
| Ball ＆ Chain | Leave destruction in your wake. Get 100 Towing Payload Smashes. |
| Bowelrod Roar | Fear the roar of the mighty Bowelrod. This signature ability is always equipped. |
| Crab Steering | Makes parallel parking and changing lanes a breeze. Sideswipe 8 enemy vehicles. |
| Ejector Seats | Perfect for thrillseekers and spies. Peform 1 Car to Wingsuit maneuver. |
| Flipper | Clear the path with the push of a button. This signature ability is always equipped. |
| Infinite Boost | Avoid collisions to sustain boost. Get 3 Full Nitrous Burns. |
| Jump | Hop and skip over rush-hour traffic. Perform 3 Barrel Rolls. |
| Kneecappers | Shreds tires and ligaments. Complete a 8 Near Miss Streak. |
| Super Air Control | More flips, more fun. Perform 2 Double Back Flips. |
| Tank Gun | Delivers a high-caliber punch. This signature ability is always equipped. |

List of Vehicle Signature Abilities
Signature Abilities modify your weapons and vehicles by granting special traits that can impact your playstyle. These upgrades range from AoE damage, armor-piercing rounds, infinite boost, jumping over vehicles, and more. These all add whole new avenues to play with even after hours of gametime.
These are unlocked by completing challenges tied to them. For example, the RPG's Signature Ability is unlocked by shooting down 5 aerial vehicles.
You'll be free to toggle whether the ability will be active or not at any point in the game, so you can choose to maintain the weapon or vehicle's original form.
