Jersey Dan is the manager of Bright Future, a waste disposal company that makes plenty of cash from larger companies buying their illegal toxic waste disposal services.

In the game, this place is an unlockable Criminal Venture where Dan sends the Boss to pick up and drive toxic waste trucks to the Venture location for waste disposal.

Like other Venture owners and managers, Jersey Dan has no direct role in the Main Story of Saints Row. In the game, his role is to provide you with missions for the Bright Future Criminal Venture.

However, Bright Future is part of the 15 Ventures needed to finish the story, so you will have to recover every toxic waste truck and complete all of Jersey Dan's missions to reach the end of the game.
