In the game, this place is an unlockable Criminal Venture where Dan sends the Boss to pick up and drive toxic waste trucks to the Venture location for waste disposal.

Like other Venture owners and managers, Jersey Dan has no direct role in the Main Story of Saints Row. In the game, his role is to provide you with missions for the Bright Future Criminal Venture.
