She is the player's main contact when it comes to accomplishing the missions associated with the Venture, which mostly consist of stealing cargo or cars from gangs.

Amanda, similar to other Venture managers such as Sgt. Vicario, do not have a direct involvement with the Main Story in Saints Row.

She is, however, a staple of one of the 15 Ventures that you'll need to build and run in order to complete the story. Outside of such a role however, Amanda will only ever interact with you whenever you visit the Venture or engage in a repo mission.
