This mission starts in the southern part of West Providencia, near the Rat Rods clothing store.
| Objectives: | |
|---|---|
| 1 |  Pick Up the Burner Phone After entering a house's yard, you'll find the burner phone on a spider-like sculpture. |
| 2 |  Go to the Vehicle Head to the vehicle in East Providencia. The vehicle will be a monster truck found in a junkyard. |
| 3 | Get in the Monster Truck Enter the monster truck then drive to your next destination. |
| 4 |  Find Los Panteros Los Panteros can be found in Rojas Desert South. They'll be circling the desert in their cars. |
| 5 | Crush the Panteros Use your monster truck to crush them while they drive around. Your truck should be fast enough to catch up so you don't have to worry about losing them. |
| 6 |  Go to the Panteros Gym Head to the gym in Smelterville East, where several Panteros will be standing guard outside. |
| 7 | Lure Out Luisa Lure Luisa out of the building by crushing Panteros vehicles until you fill up the Panteros Crushed bar. |
| 8 | Wait for Luisa Wait outside the gym for Luisa to come out. |
| 9 |  Kill Luisa Get Luisa out of her monster truck and kill her to complete the mission. |
Once Luisa's out of her monster truck, it'll be easier to kill her on foot rather than still in your vehicle since she dodges your truck easily. Use a gun or even an RPG Launcher to take her out quickly.
