How to Complete Van Vandal Objectives

Find One In Old Town West

To complete this objective you simply need to carjack a single Barracas. Of course, the real challenge here is finding one. The good news is that you can find a good number of Barracas driving around in Old Town West.

Barracas	Can usually be seen around Old Town West and East.

Travel to Marina West

Carjacking a Sojourn also isn't the hard part of this challenge, its finding the vehicle. You would have to travel a bit to find a Sojourn since the closest they can be found is in Marina West.

Usually Seen in Old Town West

As with the Barracas, the Porter can be found around Old Town West.
