Each of KAKTS Radio's missions will essentially have two phases. The first phase involves surviving against waves of enemies, while the second phase involves using a wingsuit to plant jammers on several radio towers.
For the first phase of a mission, you'll call an enemy on your phone to taunt them into attacking you. After this, head to the location marked on your map. You'll need to fight waves of enemies, as well as a final boss, to complete this phase.
Once you've completed the first phase, several radio towers will be marked on your map, which indicate the enemy's communication network. Head to each tower, then use Weather Stations to launch into the air and glide your way to them. As you get near, press the Bounce button to plant the jammer. You can also use Rooftop Access or helicopters to get enough height for gliding.

List of Skills
If you have an RPG Launcher, it's best to save it until the final boss appears in each enemy location. They're quite tanky so killing them may take long using normal bullets. Use your RPG to take out big chunks of health with each missile.
You may have difficulty surviving the waves of enemies on higher difficulties, so calling fellow Saints to help you in combat will be extremely beneficial.
If you're having trouble finding Weather Stations, you'll need to select the Discoveries filter in your map since they won't automatically appear.
All Discovery Locations and Full Map
You don't need to worry about damaging yourself by hitting the tower, so just fly straight into it. As you get near, press the Bounce button as soon as the prompt appears to plant the jammer.
Reaching the Marshall Radio Towers will be different from the others since you can't use Weather Stations. Instead, you'll need to use Rooftop Access by entering a building. Accessible buildings are indicated on the map by elevator icons.

Jam session- Lakeshore South >> Same here. I've been at it for over an hour, with notoriety at level 5 for most of it. Still waiting for the boss to show up. On the positive side, I completed the "survive notoriety level 5" challenge.
