Winston runs and manages the Laundromat Criminal Venture for the Saints. Players can first meet the man upon first unlocking and building the Venture at a location of their choosing, where Winston will inform the player about the particulars of the Venture.

Like most Venture managers, Winston does not have a particular role to play in the Main Story outside of running and managing Laundromat for the player.

As the manager of said Venture, Winston provides the player with instructions and locations for most of the missions that can be undertaken to complete the Laundromat's mission list and increase its profits.
