Spike Roosevelt is the Manager of the Planet Saints Criminal Venture – a Saints initiative disguised as a clothing store. As the manager of said store, Spike has the player run around Santo Ileso stealing trucks filled with a competitor's products as a means of keeping Planet Saints buoyed until more "legitimate" stocks can come in to the store.

Similar to other Venture managers, Spike does not have a direct role in the Main Story of Saints Row, outside of his job managing Planet Saints (a Venture that could be one of the many the player builds to progress the story).

Managing the said store allows Spike to play a small – if inconsequential – role in the Main Story. Outside of going to Planet Saints or any other such activities involving the Venture, contact with Spike is limited.
