This mission starts in the western part of Old Town West, at Fort Cullen.
Old Town West Map: All Discoveries & Activities
| Objectives: | |

| 1 |  Pick Up the Burner Phone The burner phone can be found on a cannon sculpture that's in a fountain. |
| 2 |  Go to the Bait Car Follow the waypoint to a car parked nearby. |
| 3 |  Pick Up the Bomb There will be a bomb stashed beside a dumpster near the car. Pick it up and take it to the car. |
| 4 | Plant the Bomb Plant the bomb in the trunk of the car. |
| 5 |  Get in the Bait Car Enter the car. |
| 6 |  Go to the Drop-Off Drive the car to the drop-off point where you'll bait the target. |
| 7 | Leave the Bait Car Park the car in the marked area and leave it. |
| 8 |  Wait for the Target Wait for the target to enter the car. The bomb eventually won't work so it's best if you stay right behind the car. |
| 9 |  Kill the Target Once the target tries to drive away, start shooting to destroy the car and kill them. |
