Vivian Huang is the flashy, stylish manager of Saints Tower that helps manage the day to day functions of the new Saints HQ. As the manager of the tower, she oversees the use of the helipad at the top of the tower, as well as Crew Customizations and Boss' weaponry.

Vivian Huang is the primary manager of Saints Tower. She is accompanied by two other people who manage the Saints Crew and Boss' weapons around the tower.

Vivian is the first person to greet you as soon as you finish building the Tower, and stays on the veranda of the tower for you to find whenever you visit.

Vivian serves as the final character you'll meet in Saints Row due to the Venture that she manages – Saints Tower – being the final Venture that you can construct in the game. Like most managers found in-game, she does not have a direct connection to the Main Story.

Unlike the other managers, however, Vivian does not have any special missions for you to complete or accomplish – she simply serves as the building's caretaker, and whenever you are there, your personal help around the tower.
