This mission starts in the southwest part of El Dorado, at the Go Kart Go! store.

Objectives:

Pick Up the Burner Phone
The burner phone can be found inside a news rack right beside the entrance to the Go Kart Go! store.

pick up grandma
Pick Up Grandma
Follow the waypoint to pick up Grandma at a bus stop in East Flats.

get in grandmas car
Get in Grandma's Car
Follow Grandma to her car that's parked nearby.

drive to mall
Drive to the Marina del Lago Mall
Drive as fast as you can to the Marina del Lago Mall. You'll need to get there before the bar indicating Grandma's Money runs out.

Find the Target
Enter the mall and look for a fountain. The target will be near it, buying from a hotdog stall. He'll be wearing a cowboy hat and white boots.
