Like most Venture managers – or "Sensei" in this case – The Sensei does not have large role to play in the game's Main Story outside of being one of the many managers Boss has to interact with in order to complete a Venture, which counts towards finishing the game.

The Sensei's First Strike Dojo, being a Saints operation, is primarily focused on running a protection racket. The missions he has the player run through mostly involve fighting against fighters of the Final Fist, stealing businesses under their protection away and into the Saints' fold.
