Acquire A Raycaster

A Raycaster is relatively easy to find if you drive around North and South Lakeshore for a bit! They come in various styles so if you're not too sure, you can snag one to check!

It's a sports car as well so watch out for that sleek design!

Damage the Raycaster

It's painful, but you'll need to damage the car. One way to do this and still keep it is to bring it to JimRob's or back to HQ and save it in your garage! From here, just crash it anywhere!

It may not always register at first, so keep trying until it does!

Kill a Marshall With an Ambulance

Ambulances, also known as Responders, periodically spawn around Lakeshore, especially if you happen to stumble across accidents and the like. If you're having trouble though, simply head to your Shady Oaks Venture if you've got it!

Once you've snagged one the rest, is pretty easy! You can drive around this part of town or head to Marshall HQ and find someone to run over or check your mini-map for the gray dots that normally indicate enemies.
