Is There a Secret Ending?

Bonus Ending

Saints Row (Best Friends Forever) - Saints Tower Unlock
There is no "secret" ending, per se, in Saints Row. There is, however, a bonus ending that players can get by building the Saints Tower to unlock its associated Mission – Best Friends Forever.

To build the tower, players must first build all 14 available Ventures across Santo Ileso as well as save $8,000,000 in order to build the tower itself. This will automatically unlock the "bonus" ending that sees Boss and his friends singing karaoke.

Boss and The Nahualli

Saints Row - Take the Saloon
Although there are many different story beats and plot points to follow in Saints Row, the core of the game's storyline revolves around the respective growth and downfall of both Boss and The Nahualli.

In the beginning, Boss, still working for Marshall Defense Industries, would participate in a Marshall raid against The Nahualli's territory in Silver Gulch. This raid would culminate in The Nahualli being captured and imprisoned due to the direct actions of Boss himself.

Building the Saints

Take Me to Church
After some time, events would transpire which sees Boss being promoted by Atticus Marshall to becoming his head of security during a Museum event featuring the "Codex". He would get fired on the spot, however, when Idol and Los Panteros members raided the Museum to steal the artifact.

Boss would go on to build the Saints with his friends, leading to a mission where the group rescues and frees The Nahualli from a Marshall prison.

The Ending

Saints Row - Kill the Nahualli
After being freed from captivity by the very same person who put him in prison in the first place, it seemed as if The Nahualli would become a pivotal character aiding in the Saint's quest for controlling all of Santo Ileso. However, The Nahualli, who had been a loner for most of criinal career, became envious of all that Boss has and has achieved, leading him to betray him during a party at The Saints HQ.

This leaves Boss on a quest to rescue his friends and confront Nahualli in the final hours of the game, leading to The Nahualli's death.

Aftermath

Aftermath
With The Nahualli dead and with the other gangs in Santo Ileso disorganized due to the Saint's constant attacks against both their territory and men, the city is free for the taking. WIth no real obstacle in their way, Boss and his friends are left to build their Criminal Empire in relative peace.

Faction Endings

The Marshalls

Saints Row - Marshall Defense Industries
Due to the history that the Boss and the Marshalls share, the Marshalls become a direct target for many of the Saints' attacks and efforts around Santo Ileso. Due to the rising popularity and power of the organization, Atticus, CEO of the organization, tries to claim ownership of the Saints due to the "Non-Compete Clause" in the Boss' prior contract.

This leads to a near all-out war between the Saints and Marshalls, leading to a coup d'etat by Myra Starr. This leads to Atticus being either fired or killed by the Boss and the Marshall's subsequent "hands-off" approach to the Saints as promised by Myra.

The Idols

Saints Row - The Idols
The Idols are one of the more annoying – but powerful – adversaries for the Saints throughout a majority of the game. After kidnapping Kevin, the Saints would dedicate more of their time and effort into wrestling control of their territories in Santo Ileso away from them.

This would culminate in an assault on a yacht that the Idols use as their "home base", leading to its complete destruction and the death of one of the Collective members. This would leave the Idols disorganized and unable to realiate any further to any of the Saints transgressions.

Los Panteros

Saints Row - Los Panteros
Los Panteros used to be Neenah's main group prior to her and her friends creating the Saints. Throughout much of the game, Los Panteros would perform several attacks directly against Neenah, who, with the Saints, would in return attack viciously back.

Over time, due to the losses taken from the Saints, Los Panteros with Sergio Velez at the helm would grow bold and attempt to attack a Marshall cargo train – the man would later die at the hands of The Nahualli during the attack, leavin the group both leaderless and powerless to stop the Saints from expanding.

The Nahualli's Group

Saints Row - Leader of a Small Faction
The unnamed group led by The Nahualli himself would see their immediate end during the game's first mission in First Fucking Day. The Marshall raid, with Boss participating, would see many members of the organization die while also leading up to their leader's capture and imprisonment.

They would see a momentary resurgence once The Nahualli commits his betrayal against the Saints, only to cease to exist once more after Boss kills The Nahualli in retaliation.
