Is Saints Row Cross-Platform?

Only Cross-Gen For Now

In a thread from the official account for Saints Row, it was announced that co-op is will be available in the game. The tweet also mentions that cross-gen co-op will be available for players which means players between PS4 & PS5 can play together, but those in PC and Xbox platforms cannot join them.

Cross-Platform Could Happen

Another tweet from their official account says that the game won't be cross-platform on day one giving the impression that cross-platform could be available at a later date.

For the time being, it seems that the two-player co-op will only be available between players of the same console.
