2	Pineapple Express	Grab an enemy, drop a grenade down their pants, and throw them.
3	Smokescreen	Drop a smoke screen at your feet to confuse your enemies.
4	Proximity Mine	Place a sticky mine that explodes when enemies are near. Damage increases shortly after placement.
5	Health Upgrade 1	Maximum Health increased permanently.
6	Tough Mother	Gain a temporary health boost to absorb damage from enemies and negate staggers.
7	Frag Out	Throw an explosive anti-personnel device.
8	Flow Upgrade 1	Maximum Flow increased permanently.
9	Flaming Punch	Ignite your fist for an explosive punch.
10	Health Upgrade 2	Maximum Health increased permanently.
11	Transfusion	While active, heal yourself and your friends by hurting your enemies.
12	Overscope	Pull out a powerful sniper rifle. Headshots explode and damage nearby enemies.
13	Impulse Trap	Throw an anti-gravity device that lifts enemies into the air, making them vulnerable to a quick shot.
14	Flow Upgrade 2	Maximum Flow increased permanently.
15	Health Upgrade 3	Maximum Health increased permanently.
16	Berserker	While active, your melee attacks do more damage.
17	Intercession	Call in some Saints to help you fight.
18	Quick Draw	Pull out a powerful revolver then shoot to quickly gun down up to four enemies.
19	D4th Blossom	Spin around and fire bullets in every direction.
20	Flow Upgrade 3	Maximum Flow increased permanently.
Any	Quantum Aperture	Create a window that lets you see and shoot through walls. Applies a damage boost. Unlocked after completing the Quantum Aperture mission for the Eurekabator! Venture.

How to Unlock Skills

Level Up Your Character

Skills in Saints Row are unlocked by leveling up your character. You can level up by doing certain in-game activities such as Missions and Side Hustles.

How to Equip Skills

Manage Skills in the Skills App

To manage and equip your currently unlocked skills, open up your Phone and navigate to the Skills app. Doing this opens up the Skills menu, which allows you to see each of your unlocked skills and each skill you currently have equipped.

Up to Four Skills Can Be Equipped

You can only equip up to four skills at a time. Each of these skills can be assigned to a specific action button and can be freely switched around any time using the Skills app.
