Let's Build a Skyscraper | Best Friends Forever |
Although they are the last two missions that you can accomplish in-game, the bulk of the game's Main Story does conclude upon completing Showdown. Upon completing that mission, two "bonus" ones will unlock (playable after completing their pre-requisite requirements) that provides you with tasks you can accomplish after you've completed its Main Story.
Serving as your ultimate "reward" for completing all of the Missions in-game, Saints Tower is a nice "upgrade" from your HQ at the Church. Only unlockable once everything to see in the game has been said and done, the tower is a nice place for you to explore and admire from a distance.
All Weapons | All Vehicles |
Even if you have completed all the upgrades and unlocked all the Signature Abilities you can, past the Showdown mission, you'll have even more to deal with as the game provides you with several new weapons and vehicles to tinker.
Vehicles such as the MDI-921 V are only unlocked for you after completing said mission, making it a fun way to get around Santo Ileso once you've finished the Main Story.

・Trophies and Achievements ・Collect All Collectibles ・Complete All Ventures ・Complete All Threats ・Buy From All Stores ・Complete All Side Hustles ・Find Every Discovery |
While more than a fair few Trophies or Achievements are tied to Missions and activities you naturally have to go through in-game (such as upgrading or even customizing weapons and vehicles), more than a fair few are tied to how much you can complete in each district of Santo Ileso.
With over 265 Discoveries, 75 Threats, 41 Side Hustles, 35 Stores (to purchase from), and 15 Ventures, there are plenty of things players will need to do to get the Platinum Trophy for the game.
All PS4 & PS5 Trophies and Achievements
There are over 115 different Collectibles that you can collect throughout the game. Collecting these can begin as soon as you accomplish the mission Office Decor, and can take a lengthy amount of time to complete.

After completing all of the Main Story Missions – which excludes the bonus Best Friends Forever – there will still be several Criminal Ventures that you can build and complete errands for if you haven't already. These unfinished Ventures help to extend the game's replayability, even if you've already played through Boss' storyline.
Threats are short little activities that you can participate in that is present in every district around Santo Ileso. There are over 75 of them for you to do, with each one you finish counting towards a district's completion.

Although it sounds like an insane task, buying at least one item from every store is a requirement for one of the Trophies you will need to unlock to Platinum the game.

Side Hustles are also another fun activity that you can sink your newly acquired, post-game weaponry and vehicles into. They count towards district completion and are fun distractions you can do both before finishing the Main Story and afterward.

Discoveries are like little puzzles you have to go through in every district. These aren't just simple "walk to and stare at object" activities either – all 256 discoveries in-game are spread out to nine different discovery types that can help you gain the coveted 100% Completion achievement.
