The Eurekabator! – while it does not provide much in the way of cash revenue for your Criminal Empire – gives you plenty of "gadgets" that you can use in both navigating around Santo Ileso and in going to war against the various factions of the city.
The caveat is that each gadget has to first be tested. Each gadget will come with its own unique challenges that you must clear if you wish to make use of them as well as complete this Criminal Venture.

The gadget – a hoverboard – can be found on an island north of the shoreline of the Lakeshore North district. The test for this gadget involves destroying cars using the the hoverboard's "Slam" feature and destroying Marshall executive's luxury cars parked outside of the Marshall HQ.
The test will successfully complete once you escape from chasing Marshall forces.

Rewards: 1,500 XP, $ 3,000, Quantum Aperture |
This gadget, called the Quantum Aperture, involves a field test where you use the gadget to both highlight and shoot enemies through walls, regardless of how many or how thick the walls between you and your target are.
The test mainly revolves around shooting at live targets in a test area before going on to battle against Marshalls in a field test themselves in the cargo area just across the street from where you find the Aperture.

Rewards: 1,500 XP, $ 3,000, Thrustbuster |
On the southern tip of the Smelterville East district on the grounds of an old factory complex will be the test site for the Thrustbuster.
This gadget's testing phase will mostly involve sticking the "bomb/rocket" onto a live person and a vehicle. Marshalls will come afterwards to attack the factory, leaving you with only the Thrustbuster to defend yourself against their attacks. Stick bombs onto them through either melee attacks or throws to kill 25 Marshalls to finish the test.

After completing the tests for the three gadgets, head back to the Eurekabator's building to talk to Chloe. You can find her at the back, inside of a garage converted into a makeshift lab. Talking to her completes the Venture's missions.
During the test for the Hoverboard, you will be asked to destroy several vehicles. If you attempt to use the "Slam" feature of the board down on the road next to cars, you'll merely be pushing them away.
Instead, for full destruction, hover the board directly over the vehicles and slam it down directly on top of them for maximum destruction.
During the test for the Quantum Aperture, during the live test where you have to use the device on Marshall guards, switch out to your rifle to be more capable of targeting the guards from a distance. Remaining with the pistol that the test initially starts you out with makes it difficult to effectively land killer hits.
One thing that the test with the Thrustbuster doesn't make immediately obvious to you is that you can actually lock on to enemies when aiming it for a throw. When the Marshalls come knocking, stand at a distance and lock on to either enemies and their vehicles like a pro for effective throws and kills.
