To unlock the Maximillian Tank, you have to complete The Big One Criminal Venture. After finishing all of its Venture missions, talk to Sgt. Vicario to get the Maximillian as one of the completion rewards.

Find the Maximillian in the Vehicle Garage

After completing The Big One, you can find the Maximillian parked at the nearest JimRob's or Vehicle Garage.

Crush and Destroy With the Maximillian

Trample Over Vehicles in Old Town West

One of the best places to find cars and trucks to destroy is Old Town West. This area has plenty of congested intersections and crowded parking lots, so you can quickly trample over the 50 vehicles needed to complete the second objective.

In addition, crushing vehicles here will also quickly raise your Police notoriety, providing you with plenty of enemy vehicles for the third objective.

Call Out Factions With the Contacts App

If you built the KAKTS Radio Venture, another way you can quickly find enemy vehicles to crush is by calling factions out for a fight with the Contacts app.

Doing this will set your faction notoriety to Level 3 and send a constant stream of enemies your way, providing you with plenty of cars and trucks to crush with your tank.
