Tries to Make Amends at the Saints' Party

Antonio Espina first appears during the game's intro sequence, where he arrives at the Saints' party to make amends with the Boss and attempts to start a partnership with them. Unfortunately for him, the Boss blows off Antonio's request and decides to focus on having fun at the party first before dealing with him later.

Appears During the Panteros Convoy Mission

Antonio Espina's first real meeting with the Boss was during Marshall's mission to stop a Los Panteros convoy. With the Boss safely retrieving the Hummingbird Codex during the mission, Antonio thanks them and formally requests them to be the Head of Security at the upcoming Museum Gala, which they accept.

During the Museum Gala, Antonio Espina acted as the event's host while the Boss ensured the function's security. Things would run smoothly until several Los Panteros and Idols raid the gala to steal the Hummingbird Codex.

Despite the Boss's attempts to fend off the gangs' assault, Antonio reveals that the Codex had been stolen. He witnesses the Boss getting fired by Atticus Marshall, who ensures him that they will deal with the situation.
