The best way to quickly fight large waves of enemies for this challenge is to complete @tchas. These Side Hustles send numerous hostiles to your locations and can be immediately repeated after completion, making them perfect for this challenge.

Call Out Factions With the Contacts App

If you built the KAKTS Radio Venture, you can also quickly find enemies to shoot by calling factions out for a fight with the Contacts app. Doing this will set your faction notoriety to Level 3 and send a constant stream of enemies your way, providing you with plenty of people to gun down.

Shoot a Lot of Bullets

Unlock and Equip Dual Wield

Perk	Description	Unlock Condition
Dual Wield	When wielding pistols or SMGs, you hold a weapon in each hand.	Complete 19 Challenges in total.

Dual-wielding Pistols and SMGs will allow you to shoot twice as many bullets, so unlocking the Dual Wield Major Perk is great for this challenge. You can get this perk by completing a total of 19 Challenges.

Use D4th Blossom SMGs

Once you've unlocked the Dual Wield Perk, use the D4th Blossom SMGs alongside it. These guns have the highest rate-of-fire of any Pistol or SMG in the game, making them the best weapons for quickly spraying out plenty of bullets.

Take Advantage of Turrets

The turrets on Tanks, the Skirmish, and the MDI-525C have unlimited ammo and an incredibly high fire rate. Secure one of these vehicles and man their turrets to rapidly fire bullets at your foes.

In addition, the fire rate of these turrets is fast enough to reach the 100 bullets in 4 seconds needed for the third objective, making them great to use for this challenge as a whole.
