This mission starts in Lakeshore South, near the Cactus Bill Fast Travel point and the Impressions clothing store.

Foreign Spy Walkthrough

Objectives:

pick up burner phone
Pick Up the Burner Phone
The burner phone can be found on the sign of The Canyon Plaza.

go to targets home
Go to Target's Home
Head to the target's house near the center of Badlands North.

investigate house
Investigate the House
Try to enter the house through the front door, which you'll find locked.

Investigate RV
Search Around the House
Head to the area behind the house and cross a road. You'll spot an RV nearby.

Investigate the RV
The RV will explode as you approach it, so walk towards it carefully to minimize the damage you'll take.

Kill the Target
The target will start firing at you with a sniper from a tower in the distance. Kill them to complete the mission.

Tips and Strategies

Use a Sniper Rifle to Kill the Target

Instead of running up the hill and going up the tower to reach the target, you can finish the mission quicker by using the TOGO-13 Sniper Rifle. The distance may make it hard to hit the target accurately, so just reposition until you find a good spot.

You'll need to complete Drawing Heat to acquire the sniper rifle.
