This mission starts in Lakeshore South, near the Cactus Bill Fast Travel point and the Impressions clothing store.
Lakeshore South Map: All Discoveries & Activities
| Objectives: | |

| 1 |  Pick Up the Burner Phone The burner phone can be found on the sign of The Canyon Plaza. |
| 2 |  Go to Target's Home Head to the target's house near the center of Badlands North. |
| 3 |  Investigate the House Try to enter the house through the front door, which you'll find locked. |
| 4 |  Search Around the House Head to the area behind the house and cross a road. You'll spot an RV nearby. |
| 5 | Investigate the RV The RV will explode as you approach it, so walk towards it carefully to minimize the damage you'll take. |
| 6 |  Kill the Target The target will start firing at you with a sniper from a tower in the distance. Kill them to complete the mission. |
Instead of running up the hill and going up the tower to reach the target, you can finish the mission quicker by using the TOGO-13 Sniper Rifle. The distance may make it hard to hit the target accurately, so just reposition until you find a good spot.
You'll need to complete Drawing Heat to acquire the sniper rifle.
