Myra Starr's Backstory
Chair of the Board for Marshall
Myra Starr holds the highest position on Marshall Defense Industries' Board of Directors, holding a lot of power and sway in the company. She is polite and soft-spoken but becomes serious when it comes to business.
Although she is loyal to Marshall Defense Industries, Myra dislikes the current CEO, Atticus Marshall, and has been waiting a long time for a way to remove him from the company.

Protected During the Museum Gala
Myra Starr first appears during Marshall's Museum Gala, where she mingles with Atticus Marshall and meets the Boss for the first time. Shortly after this meeting, the Los Panteros and Idols crash the gala to vandalize and steal the Hummingbird Codex.
In the chaos, Myra becomes surrounded by Panteros gang members, but the Boss manages to save her in time. She thanks the Boss after the chaos ends but finds out that Atticus could not have cared less about her safety, prioritizing the Codex above everything else.

Makes a Deal to Overthrow Atticus
Myra shows up again during the Saints' attempt to kill Atticus Marshall and prevent Marshall's takeover of their criminal enterprise. She appears behind Atticus' desk, explaining that the CEO immediately fled as soon as they entered the building.
Realizing that they both had a common interest in getting rid of Atticus, Myra strikes a deal with the Saints. She asks them to help her vote him off the board by ruining Atticus' public persona in exchange for complete ownership of the Saints, which they accept.

The New CEO of Marshall
After the Saints rampage through Santo Ileso with Marshall's new AI-controlled tank to ruin Atticus Marshall's reputation, Myra Starr calls a board meeting to vote Atticus out of the company. While the initial vote ends in a draw, the Boss, now a part of the Board of Directors, breaks the tie by either voting Atticus out or killing him outright.
When the board meeting ends, Myra Starr becomes the new CEO and leader of Marshall Defense Industries, and relinquishes ownership of the Saints back to the Boss. However, she does warn them that they are not friends and that Marshall will continue to fight back if the Saints mess with their operations.
