Sgt. Vicario runs and manages The Big One Criminal Venture once players purchase and build it in a location of their choosing in Santo Ileso.

As the manager of the business, she is the player's direct contact when it comes to completing tasks that can be completed to finish up the Venture's required missions to increase its income.

Sgt. Vicario doesn't have a direct involvement with the game's Main Story outside of simply being the manager of The Big One. The player will need to interact with her once the missions for the Venture have been completed, as she serves as the final objective for it.

In a way, she is a somewhat vital character in the Main Story, as her Venture is one of the 15 Ventures that need to be built and completed in order to finish the Main Story of Saints Row (2022).
