Restore Honor is a new revenge kill system in Resurgence Battle Royale, set to launch during Season 2 of Warzone 2.0. Read on to learn more about how Restore Honor works and how to use it to get revenge on your killers during a Resurgence game.
Restore Honor is a brand new revenge kill system that rewards players who return to where they died during a Resurgence Battle Royale match. If you or your teammates loot the Dog Tag from your corpse, you will get a UAV ping that shows the location of the enemy that killed you. This allows you or your team to hunt them down and restore your honor.
Note: This system can only be used once per match. Dying a second time will no longer spawn a lootable Dog Tag on your body.
For those who aren't aware, Season 2 is set to change the Warzone BR meta by having everyone drop with 3-Plate Vests at the start of every match. This ties in nicely with the Restore Honor system as freshly redeployed players will still be kitted and ready to hunt down their killers despite having their bodies looted.
Players should be aware that Restore Honor does not work if they're playing as a solo and they will not respawn when they die in a match. This is due to the fact that the respawn feature in Resurgence only works if they have a teammate alive on their team.

|
To use the Restore Honor System, simply redeploy after waiting for the respawn cooldown to pass in Resurgence. Once you get the go-ahead to drop back into the fight, make your way back to where you died to find your dog tag.
Upon landing, you or one of your teammates can loot the dropped Dog Tag from your corpse. This will reward you with a small amount of cash and a UAV Ping that marks your killers on the map as well as any nearby Supply Boxes.
With nearby Supply Boxes pinged, start looting up before making your way to the enemy's last known position. Hunt down your killer and dispose of them to restore your honor. At the time of writing, there is no clear XP or Cash reward if you do manage to get revenge on your killer.
