Unlike in Al Mazrah, weapon cases in Ashika Island (and the Bombmaker boss that drops them) will be locked behind the Tsuki Castle Fortress found at the center of the map. To enter it, you will need to fulfill either of the following conditions:
Do note that destroying and hacking the Wheelson will be more dangerous since there will also be a Juggernaut guarding Tsuki Castle. However, this method will require less RNG than having to loot a Tsuki Castle Fortress Key while exploring Ashika Island.
Use your new key or hacked security access to enter the Tsuki Castle Fortress at the center of Ashika Island. Be warned, the fortress is the Bombmaker's domain, filled with heavily armored enemies, various booby traps, and automated sentry guns. Breach and clear each room methodically to avoid getting overwhelmed.
The new Bombmaker boss will be found at the very top floor of the Tsuki Castle Fortress. Kill him there or lure him down to the lower levels to have more room to fire and maneuver. Once killed, he will drop the Ashika Island Weapon Case.
Note: AI Enemies with a similar model will also spawn inside the Tsuki Castle Fortress. The Bombmaker will be a bit hard to distinguish from these lookalikes so pay attention for a weapon case drop should you get mobbed by the entire garrison.
Like previous weapon cases, you and your squad will need to successfully exfil with the case to get the rewards. Do note that carrying the case will ping your location on the map for enemy players to see, so watch out for any campers guarding the exfil.

Rewards that players get from weapon cases are permanent unlocks and will not need to be re-obtained every season. This means that any rewards you successfully extract with will be permanently unlocked for your account.
