Players have been receiving the Your Profile Was Signed Out status: Dexterity error and getting kicked out of matchmaking as a result in Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0. Read on to learn more about this bug and how to work around it.

Your Profile Was Signed Out Bug
Server Disconnection Issue
Upon entering matchmaking, many players are reporting being booted back to the main screen and receiving a Your profile was signed out. status: CAPHIS or status: DEXTERITY message. This bug seems to primarily affect Xbox and PlayStation owners.
While there has been no official acknowledgement or response of the issue from either Infinity Ward or Raven Software, there are some possible workarounds to this frustrating issue.
How to Fix Your Profile Was Signed Out Bug
Change Game Voice Channel to All Lobby or Party Only
The simplest solution seems to be to change the Game Voice Channel to All Lobby or Party Only.

| 1 | Open the main menu. |
| 2 |  Under Settings, select Audio. |
| 3 |  Scroll down to the Channels section and change Game Voice Channel to either All Lobby or Party Only. |
Delete Saved Data
If the above solution doesn't work, some PlayStation players have noted that deleting the Saved Data files under Storage for Modern Warfare 2 has fixed the issue.
