A new update for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Season 1, Warzone 2.0, and DMZ was released on December 2, 2022, featuring Stability Fixes for the PC and the CDL Moshpit game mode's release. Read on to learn more about the new Season 1 patch notes and upcoming updates to look out for!

Stability Updates for PC
The most recent stability fixes for Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0 focuses on bugs encounterd in PC.
- Fixed an issue causing multiple PC crashes
- Fixed an issue that resulted in the game FPS dropping for a moment when mousing over a locked Operator
Multiplayer Fixes
Infinity Ward has archived certain issues that were previously found in its official Trello board. The following are the archived issues that have now been fixed for Multiplayer:
- Ping now enabled in Multiplayer
- CDL settings in private matches are now enabled
- XBOX players in a party of 3 or more can now enter matchmaking
Game Modes
In a recent tweet, Treyarch Studios announced that the CDL Moshpit game mode is now available in Modern Warfare 2 Multiplayer.

Warzone 2.0
Dissapearing HUD after Airstrike Killstreak
Infinity Ward is currently investigating an issue which removes the player's HUD upon deploying the Airstrike Killstreak. This occurs after the player finishes reloading a weapon.
Stuck Nuke
Another Warzone 2.0 bug encountered involves a game crash that occurs when a player is about to activate a Nuke.
Radiation Blocker
Infinity Ward is currently investigating an issue in DMZ that disables a player to interact in-game when using a Radiation Blocker and plating at the same time.
DMZ Heli Mission
Infinity Ward has also taken notice of a bug involving the DMZ Heli Mission about objectives not being tracked properly for requirements that involve eliminating Reinforcement Helicopters.
Battle Rage and Dead Silence
Raven Software confirmed in a recent tweet that the Battle Rage and Dead Silence perks have been temporarily disabled in Warzone 2.0 due to an in-game issue.
