Mini Royale is a game mode returning from the previous Warzone that is the same as the current BR Trios game mode but has fewer total players in a match. The map would still be Al Mazrah, but most parts are already covered with gas at the start, making the playing area smaller.

Doesn't Use Rebirth or Resurgence Maps

Unfortunately, Mini Royale BR game mode will not be using the Rebirth and Resurgence maps from the first Warzone game.

However, it doesn't mean we won't be able to see them drop on Warzone 2.0 in the future. There are already old fan-favorite maps that have been transferred to Modern Warfare 2, like the Shipment and Shoot House maps.

Available During Season 01 Reloaded and Beyond

Mini Royale was released during Season 01 Reloaded and is now included in Playlist updates. Mini Royale was previously a limited-time event but with this update, the game mode would be available to play more frequently.
