Modern Warfare 2 - Philip Graves Onboard Shadow Company Plane

Phillip Graves is the Commander and Chief Executive Officer of Shadow Company, a private military company hired by General Shepherd. Graves worked closely together with Task Force 141 by providing air support during the missions Close Air and Hardpoint.

Originally introduced as one of Modern Warfare 2's protagonist, he later turned his back on the Task Force 141 unit, relieving them of their duties under orders from Shepherd.

Graves and his fellow Shadow Company members seem to portray themselves as mercenaries and hired guns as their allegiance lies with whoever has the same motives and personal interests as they have.
