No Time to Lose is an obtainable achievement during the Prison Break mission in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II (MW2). Read on to learn how to complete the CCTV sequence in under 4 minutes to earn this achievement!

NOTE: Make sure to use Return to Last Checkpoint if you feel like you had a slow section during the CCTV sequence. This will not affect the final time so it is a safe reset should you want to re-attempt a section.
Remember, this method is better than having to repeat the entire mission if you do not get the achievement, as there is no way to repeat the entirety of the CCTV sequence without re-doing Prison Break.
| 1 |  When the mission starts, position your crosshair at the first box. Have Ghost move here immediately before switching to the next camera. |

| 2 |  After switching views, command Ghost to shoot the guard near the truck before immediately switching to the next camera. |
| 3 |  Once you notice that the guard is dead, have Ghost move over to the crate beside the truck. |
| 4 |  Look at the guard walking on the railings. Once he stops at the top of the stairs, have Ghost shoot him. |
| 5 |  Since shooting should be instant, immediately have Ghost climb the ladder after you switch cameras. |
| 6 |  Once Ghost has gripped the rungs of the ladder, queue up the order to knife kill the armored guard before switching cameras. |
| 7 |  The next part requires timing. While Ghost is killing the armored guard, pay attention to the guard in the middle of the generators. Once he and the other guard have moved away, have Ghost reposition to the middle of the generators. |
| 8 |  Once the first guard clears the corner, have Ghost shoot the stationary guard. As the guard dies, tell Ghost to move to the pickup truck before switching to the next camera. |
| 9 |  Have Ghost plant the bomb then wait at the broken wall. Once the guard on the railing starts moving away, command Ghost to go to the generator and shut it off. |
| 10 |  As the power goes out, have Ghost move to the nearby box before switching to the next camera. |
| 11 |  Pay attention to the heavy. Once he is near the box, have Ghost knife him. |
| 12 |  With the guard dead, have Ghost climb the ladder. Move between the windows when the guard is no longer looking through it. When you're at the middle of the 2 windows, switch to the next camera. |
| 13 |  Once the guard leaves the second window, have Ghost climb down the shipping container and wait by the barrels. |
| 14 |  Wait for the heavy to leave the truck. Once he has stepped outside fully, have Ghost knife him before planting the C4 under the pickup. While Ghost is planting the bomb, switch to the next camera. |
| 15 |  Once you hear that the bomb has been planted, have Ghost cross the street and knife the heavy guard. |
| 16 |  Head to the nearest box and wait. When the heavy guard directly in front of you starts walking, have Ghost knife him before switching to the next camera. |
| 17 |  When the heavy goes down, immediately have Ghost go to the generator to shut it off. Once the power goes out, position Ghost near the middle boxes in the area. |
| 18 |  Switch back to the previous camera and wait until one of the soldiers by the ladder gets close to you. When the option to knife appears, take it. |
| 19 |  Ignore the other soldier and instead have Ghost climb the unguarded ladder. Queue up a knife kill for the heavy on the roof before switching to the next camera. |
| 20 |  Once the heavy has been shanked, have Ghost knife kill the guy below the building. He will drop down, allowing you to then command Ghost to plant the C4 on the armored car. |
| 21 |  Switch to the next camera and have Ghost go behind the barrels. While he's running, switch over to the next camera. |
| 22 |  Once Ghost arrives safely behind the barrels, command him to go to the armored truck and plant the C4. |
| 23 |  If you complete the sequence under 4 minutes, this notification should pop up after Ghost plants the last C4. |
