Himeko	Herta	Asta	Lynx

Himeko, Herta, and Lynx are Stage 1's trial characters.

For Volcanic Planet, Himeko and Herta will be your main damage dealers since most enemies are weak to Fire and Ice. Use their AoE attacks to get as many Weakness Breaks as possible so that their Follow-Up attacks are triggered more often.

Slot in Asta to help boost the team's ATK as well as Himeko's Fire DMG. Finally, having Lynx as your healer will help keep the team alive and cleanse their debuffs.

Weapon and Accessory to Prioritize

Everyone For Me	Weapon Base Effect: Summons "Everyone For Me" that has 110 SPD. When it takes action, fires 4 Flame Rounds, which deals Fire DMG equal to 400% of base DMG to a random enemy.
Musketeer's Resolve	Legendary Weapon Effect: Summons a Musketeer's Resolve with 140 SPD. When it takes action, alternatively fire 12 Frost or Flame Rounds, dealing Ice or Fire DMG equal to 2,000% of base DMG to a random enemy target and 50% AoE DMG to adjacent enemy targets.
Me For Everyone	Accessory Effect: Summon-type weapons' SPD increases by 30.

You start Stage 1 with Everyone For Me already onhand, so it's easier to prioritize leveling up this weapon first. Since it hits multiple times, it'll be very useful in the earlier phases of the stage.

For accessories, get Me For Everyone as often as you can since it'll help all Summon weapons get their turn much faster. The rest of Stage 1's best weapons are of the Summon type, so this is the best accessory to prioritize upgrading.

Other Recommended Weapons

Scoundrel's Kindness	Base Effect: Summon "Scoundrel's Kindness" that has 110 SPD. When it takes action, attack all enemies and deal Fire DMG equal to 600% of base DMG. For every enemy target defeated by this weapon in this game round, its DMG multiplier increases by 30%.
Icy Fire Extinguisher	Base Effect: Summon "Icy Fire Extinguisher" that has 110 SPD. When it takes action, deals Ice DMG equal to 600% of base DMG to all enemies, with a 20% base chance of inflicting Freeze on the enemy targets. While Frozen, enemy targets cannot take action and take Additional Ice DMG equal to 150% of base DMG at the start of every turn, lasting for 1 turn.

If you've already fully upgraded the best weapon for Stage 1 or don't encounter it in the randomized options, these weapons are good secondary choices as well!

Scoundrel's Kindness is especially a lot more powerful towards the latter half of Stage 1 since its DMG increases based on the number of enemies you've defeated with it.

How to Beat Volcanic Planet

Pick Up Important Accessories

Volcanic Planet relies a lot on getting your Summon-type weapons to deal damage as often as possible. Although it's not necessary to get the Legendary weapon, upgrading Me For Everyone will be especially helpful in Stage 1.

If ever you encounter the Icefire Talisman, you can also choose it as a secondary option if the rest aren't weapons or accessories that you need. This accessory will increase the Fire and Ice DMG of both your team and weapons!

Use AoE Attacks to Bring Down HP

Himeko and Herta's AoE attacks can decrease the HP of multiple enemies on the field, allowing your weapons to easily defeat them in one fell swoop when they get their turn.

Getting Weakness Breaks will also trigger Himeko's Follow-Up attacks more often and allow you to deal more damage outside her regular turns.

Focus Attacks on Elite Enemies

Always try to keep Elite Enemies within the radius of your AoE attacks since regular mobs can be taken down easily by your weapons. When facing Argenti, you only need to defeat him in order to complete Stage 1.
