Well, on the bright side, he can be very fun in divergent universe with destruction blessings and equations. I'm really glad the devs made it so that unbuilt characters could be used in this mode. Otherwise, they'd just be benched and unused forever 😭

Y'all need to make up your minds, either the Band of Sizzling Thunder 4pc is BiS or the Longevous Disciple 4x is his BiS, I farmed again for the Longevous Disciple because it was touted as his BiS now it's gone back to the BoST. Like make up your minds seriously stop flip flopping on Arlan.

There are complications of using Arlan. Never auto attack along with a healer, especially if he's on half-lower health. Especially on MoC, which is why we do play manually. Only do heals when if it's on critical health. Jing Liu is a useful unit that can drain other's HP and Arlan's which is amazingly a twist of gaining strength more with lowering HP, a buff similar to SU Destruction paths. Thus increasing Arlan dmg more.

this website's rating is awful. Arlan is at the very least an A tier main dps. his dmg is amazing, even if he needs to be at low health. Hu Tao has an S tier rating, why can't Arlan have one too?

We can now see Arlan's potential during the Stellar Event. Especially his low Hp condition to increase attk buff and his aoe Ult. Just like Lightning Hutao. XD

Wait, is it just me or did he get bumped up in the tier list? I'm not implying anything, just an honest question.
