What about the Light Cone The Birth of the Self? At Superimposition Level 5 it grants an 48% damage increase to follow-up attacks and another 48% damage increase to follow-up attacks if the target enemy is at or below 50% HP.
I think that's because of the relics they use. This build is clearly made for Pure Fiction and after 10 enemies beaten the relic effects can give her 65% crit damage which is as much as a crit damage body.
Does anyone know why this guide says Herta wants a Crit Rate body and not Crit Rate or Crit Damage?

Kuru Kuru
built her for pure fiction and very glad I did so ^-^ I think she’s also really good with erudition + follow up path (forgot the name!!) in Gold and Gears in SU.
She is very helpful in Ice section at Boulder Town Super League. Her follow-up attacks and frozen enemies making her a GOAT in a perfect cycle. ^___^
I found her to be very mid (but I built her later in my playthrough, so that might be part of it). Buddy of mine swears by her in almost any fight (he built her early game). Player will like what they like and not like what they don't like ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Curious to see how she does with new follow up dmg equipment.
I added Bronya on her team. That'll be more kuru kuru kururing daiamondo agerune Dmg! No more annoying Ice mobs respawning. XD
It was rated when Herta E0 with that grade. I already maxed her out along with her signature lightcone and full 4pcs Break-effect kit and she can constantly freezes all enemies by skill, Ultimate and followup Attacks. And deals more damage when they freeze.
Ngl, her rating should change with Topaz Release. Like, Topaz, Himeko, Herta and Fire Trailblazer/ March 7th will go wroom, because after launching a follow up attack, Numby's turn will be more usual So ig, this will change in the end of 1.4
that used to be my main team as well!!! it worked so well, got me through literally every battle
WHAT IS THIS RATING PLEASE,, she was one of my first well invested on main dps characters and STILL carries me everytime i need her for a boss battle, her dmg is rlly good if you build her well, and her follow up attack is amazing she's at the very least an A tier character
