    managed to get this in act 3 at the bell beast station in Bilewater. and i don't have the hunter notes for the enemies completed, but i have defeated them at least once.

    Seems like you only need to fill out the new entry for crow jurors, after doing that and resting in bellhart the summons dropped. Still haven't completed the Tallcraw entry.
