To get the Throwing Ring, accept the Trail's End wish from the board in Bellhart. Interact with the buried ring found right of Bilehaven, then follow the trail which leads you to a waterfall area. Speak to Shakra to complete the wish and get the item.

Players can accept the wish at Bellhart at the Wishboard. To unlock the Wish, players will have to fully clear out Shakra's Wares.

How to Use Throwing Ring

Shoot at Groups of Enemies

Players can use the Throwing Ring to bounce a projectile between several enemies, dealing multiple instances of damage. This is great in gauntlets as players can spam projectiles coated in poison with the Pollip Pouch.
