Can I still get this in act 3
if you use an amount more than your max masks they will turn blue, giving you the ability to regenerate which can not be interrupted even if you get hit, so if you have 5 max health, you will have to use 6 plasmium vials to gain the affect, the affect is lost on death or resting at a bench.
if you get 9 blue masks your masks becomes blue and you can regenerate
So basically once you obtain it, you can use it to gain extra masks. Things to keep in mind: 1. The duration of the blue masks are infinite or until you get hit. 2. Max charges is 20. 3. Lvl 2 pouch can carry 4 of them. 4. You can combo it with Pollip Pouch which causes the blue masks to turn purple and explode after a short delay and create a poison gas around Hornet, meaning you have to sacrifice the defensive aspect of it. You can make be extra aggressive with it which is cool.
This tool is received as a reward for the Alchemist's Assistant wish, which can be picked up in the highest tunnel of the Wormways.
