Will the negated damage still count as being hit for the purpose of resetting Hunter Crest damage bonus, etc?

if your in act 3 you can get it from Grindel in the room directly above the dove room in the blasted steps
I counted 13, went from 6 beads to 42 xd
I didn't encounter it in Act 1 and 2, but when I tried to find it in Act 3, it wasn't there. There was only the beetle from the hunting quest (the beetle hunter with his steed). Does this mean that I can no longer obtain this item, or is it in a different location now?
oh yeah, I nodded my head to the hand shakes to keep rhythm and I was able to get them all in a row once that happened. I did originally burn through 30 rosary beads, but figured it out after that and had zero issues getting the item once I locked in.
I’m playing on PS5 with 120 Hz enabled. (It might vary per game, and I’m sure you don’t need 120 Hz, just what I’m running, in case 60 Hz is different) But I counted the hand shakes and you throw on 11. If you don’t throw it you can see the die glow slightly in the hand on 11. So just find out the correct fast counting is that you need to do and if you do it correctly the throw will be vocalized. You might need to sit/stand super close to the TV to see the hand movement.
I didnt know it was an actual mini game I just clicked play when it popped up and apparently won the mini game? I didnt touch anything outside of just clicking X to continue playing. So if there is a strategy I guess just get lucky. I recommend just clicking it around when it popped up. I just won the whole time so idk what it is about
I used the timer on my phone and its 5 seconds with some grace, soon as you press to start the game start timer and wait til 5 sec
Took me a minute to figure out how to beat the game, you have to count 6 real seconds (or 15 super fast lol) as soon as she starts moving her hands so once you press whichever button starts the game it might be 7 seconds (lucky number) she'll throw the dice and grunt and the dice will shine. not really , in chapter two back here the guy already dead I get the item immediately
Once equipped, sometimes when I took a hit, a blue aura shined and the i tanked the hit without taking the damage. I think the item gives you a small chance to not take the damage when hit
It negates damage and is able to let you do critical attacks with a certain chance!
You have to play the dice game left and down of the bell beast station in the blasted steps, once you beat him so many times in a row he'll give you the dice istead of rosaries as payment. No idea what they do though
