    The article is wrong... Using the enhanced sprint does indeed consume Silk.

    Wear the silkspeed ankle, drink a flea brew and run across again for some extra stuff

    The Flea Brew is unneeded: you can simply sprint across the buttons normally to unlock the Anklets.

    To get these you'd need to open the weaver gate down in Far Fields with your needolin and find an area called Weavernest Cindril. You'll find some buttons on the floor that make marks show on the wall behind them. You'll need to take a drink of Flea Brew so you can quickly run over the buttons in quick succession, getting all the marks to light up. When you reach the end of the room, a podium will rise out of the floor with the Silkspeed Anklets on it.
