    I got the curveclaw before I found skarr, I think I might've bought it off of jubliana (there are 2 waves of items) in songclave or off grindle in the steps

    I found the boomerang myself. It's in the room above the merchant's corpse after a small arena.

    I found this place only in Act 3 and the merchant was killed. There was only a Fractured Mask nearby. I don't know how to get this boomerang now.
