To access the Memorium you need the Fayedown Cloak otherwise you have to beat Groar the Great in Bilewater which also needs the Fayedown Cloak
Tip for The Mist for the Cross Stitch Skill, to find the correct passage you can play Needolin on the butterflies which then will head towards the correct passage, keep doing this until you reach Exhaust Organ.
Continuation of Rune Rage: Open the bottom apostate door then go through the room across the bellway station. The room has a chest and a secret passage that can be accessed using the double jump from the fayedown cloak. Go through said passage and break the seal of cage. Upon entering bind the skill but you have to fight the First Sinner before you can actually obtain the silk skill. (Dying to First Sinner puts you outside the arena and beating her gives you the Heretic Achievement)
To get Rune Rage, you need the Key of the Apostate which can be obtained from the secret area called Putrified Ducts which can be accessed by going through secret passages across the Memorium typically to the right or you can access the area through Bilewater after beating Groar the Great. Make sure to also grab the Fayedown Cloak since you need it to access the secret area.
To get Cross Stitch you need to go through The Mist which can be accessed through Bilewater, then after navigating through the Mist enter Exhaust Organ, once inside explore the area until you can find Phantom then defeat her.
To get "Sharpdart" technique you need to unlock the Wormways with a simple key and go to the Weaver Door (one you open by playing music) - it will be in the very end behind that door.
