There are four ways to farm Psyche as you venture through the Underworld. Either through room rewards, using the Tablet of Peace, purchasing at the Wretched Broker, or through Charon's Shop.

Going through rooms with the Psyche Icon guarantee that you will get Psyche as your reward for clearing the stage.

Once you acquire the Tablet of Peace, you can approach Lost Shades in the Underworld and compel them to the Crossroads to gain Psyche.

Buy at the Wretched Broker

After unlocking the Wretched Broker, you can now buy Psyche in exchange for bones.

Occasionally Psyche will appear in Charon's Shop on your run. You can purchase Psyche for 50 Golden Crown. The chances of Psyche being sold is randomized, so purchase Psyche when you see them in the Shop.

How to Use Psyche

Used For Incantations

Psyche is used in performing Incantations by the Cauldron in the Crossroads. These can achieve several effects varying from unlocking merchants and tools, to enhancing healing mechanics, and even augmenting certain boon-related gameplay aspects.
