Rift of Thessaly Environment

On the way to Base of Mount Olympus, Melinoe needs to board the reanimated ships from the Rift of Thessaly. Filled with the drowned dead, the ships may feel a bit crowded as enemies pour in.

Melinoe can leverage the spilled tar with nearby explosive barrels to great effect against enemies, but must be careful not to walk on them herself.

These are all the resources unique to Rift of Thessaly. Make sure not to miss collecting them with Gathering Tools if you need them for incantations and other recipes!

Last Surface Region in Early Access

As of Hades 2's Early Access Launch, the Rift of Thessaly is the last Surface region Melinoe can explore. Upon defeating the guardian of Thessaly, you will be greeted by the above notice, and Melinoe will be sent back to the Crossroads.

Circe

Circe is the Allied NPC that Melinoe can encounter while running through Rift of Thessaly. As the Witch of Changing, she offers boons that change and improve Melinoe's received healing, Arcana Cards, and even her size to augment her combat capabilities.

Guardian of Rift of Thessaly, Eris

As a wayward daughter of Nyx, Melinoe must get past Eris to inch closer to Mount Olympus. Armed with Exagryph the Adamant Rail, evade the hail of bullets from Eris, and avoid the burning tar on the shoreline!

Charybdis

Charybdis is the miniboss you may encounter in the Rift of Thessaly. Lunging its numerous tentacles on the ship, whittle Charybdis down by defeating its tentacles one by one.

Given the tight layout of the stage, using your Cast to avoid being overwhelmed is more important than ever. The Anchor and the Harpy Talon are particularly dangerous, because of attacks with large aftershocks and tracking projectiles, respectively.

Like with the previous regions, stay alert, and keep using your Cast!
