The Incantation Will Take Effect After You Die

Hades II - Why Didn
The Fated Intervention will not instantly take effect after you've concocted it, as you will need to die so you can receive its effects. Once you've died and accessed the Game Over screen, Moros will appear as an emissary of the Three Fates.

Return to The Crossroads and Examine the Scroll

Hades II - Why Didn
Moros will instruct you to find something that the Three Fates intend to give you on The Crossroads. After you've returned to The Crossroads, check the papyrus scroll northeast of the large cauldron and view the tasks left for you to accomplish.

How to Concoct Fated Intervention

Approach the Large Cauldron and Select the Fated Intervention

Hades II - Why Didn
Interact with the large cauldron located at The Crossroads, and select the Fated Intervention incantation. You will need 1x Silver, 2x Ash, and 2x Moly to concoct the incantation.
