Duo Boons are offered when you have a certain combo of Boons from two different gods. They are not guaranteed to show up however so always keep an eye out for them.

Almost all gods have a combination of Boons that are eligible for a Duo Boon. The only gods who do not offer Duo Boons are Selene, Chaos, and Hermes.
