1. Talk to Zantara in Harko Village and Reach the Lab Under Old Carthag

Go to Harko Village by using an Ornithopter or through the Taxi Service. Once there, proceed to Zantara, who can be found near the Vehicle Vendor on the northern side of Harko Village.

Upon interacting with Zantara, choose the I'm ready dialogue option to travel to the Ruins of Old Carthag.

2. Find a Way Inside the Base

Step Guide

After the short cutscene, you will exit the Ornithopter and start in a cave. Immediately go west and proceed through the entrance nearby. You should be able to see a narrow hall leading to a room with red light.
2 Fan Jump
Jump past the giant fan and go to the room on the other side.
3 Turn Off Giant Fan
Once you cross to the other room, turn left and interact with the console that turns off the giant fan. Once it is off, go back to the giant fan, jump down, and enter the room to the west.

3. Learn More About the Purpose of this Facility

Step Guide
1 Use Cutteray
Turn left and use a cutteray to get through the passage on the left.

Enter the next room and turn left. You'll find a passage leading to another room, where a radiation zone will be on your left.
3 Blue Identification Band
Enter the area with radiation and follow its halls until you find a Blue Identification Band at the end. Make sure to move quickly to avoid getting killed by Radiation
4 Blue Pentashield
Go back to the initial room and go through the blue pentashield. A cutscene will play upon entering. Watch out for the enemies that spawn after!
5 Using Cutteray
Use a cutteray to go through the door on the left. Follow the halls until you reach the end, where you need to use a cutteray again. Defeat enemies along the way.
6 Mother Cutscene
Follow the halls in the current area until you reach a room with green lights. A cutscene will play upon reaching this room.

4. Find Your Way to Zantara Deeper in the Facility

Step Guide
1 Open Pentashield
After the cutscene, continue onwards and defeat enemies along the way. Enter the open pentashield on the left.
2 Enemy Legion
You will enter a room with a big red core. Defeat all enemies within the area to open the nearby pentashields. It is important to note that a lot of enemies spawn in waves, so use Prescient State if needed and make sure to clear all floors.
3 Reunite with Zantara
Enter through one of the pentashields and keep moving downwards, defeating enemies along the way. Meet Zantara at the end, past a room with two blue spheres.

5. Find Answers

Long Hallway
Walk along the long passageway until a cutscene plays near the end.

6. Escape the Tleilaxu Facility

Escape the Facility
After the cutscene, the facility will start to crumble. You have 2 minutes to follow the cave's paths until you find the light from outside. Approach the ornithopter you used earlier to escape the facility.

7. Reach a Safe Distance from the Facility

From the overworld map, you can make your way back to your base in Hagga Basin. Once you are back in your base, Ariste will contact you and the quest is complete.
