1. Search for a Black Market Trader

Black Market Tech Seller Location

Start the Black Market Trader mission by heading to Harko Village, via your own Ornithopter, or by paying the Ornithopter Pilot NPC at any Tradepost to fly you to the village. Note that the latter option costs 2500 solaris.

Once you arrive, head inwards to the projection of Zantara near the center of the village. Get close to it to trigger a cutscene.

Black Market Tech Elara Tuek Location

After the ensuing scenes, head to Hannivar's, the bar on the west side of the village. Make your way inside and head to the back of the area to find a small room with a woman on a bed.

This is Elara Tuek, and you will have to accept an assassination from her to complete this mission.
