Olympos XII's Test Match can be unlocked after clearing all the main missions. This side mission becomes available once you reload the game before proceeding to the final boss during the The Final Battle Over the Natural Order Main Mission. Minervamon will send a message to your Digivice to start the quest.

Talk to Minervamon

To start Olympos XII's Test Match, Time Jump to Higashi-Shinjuku: Back Alley (Present Day), then take a taxi to Akihabara and speak with Minervamon in Akihabara: A Certain Back Alley.

As you will need to challenge all Olympos Digimon in a single battle, you should bring different kinds of strong Digimon that can hit their different weaknesses. Wind and Dark element skills are a safe bet as none of them are immune to these elements. Fire is also a decent pick, able to hit several weakness, although don't use these against Apollomon.
